Documentation
Significant institutional activities should be appropriately documented.
Internal Review
Programs and major activities should be subject to appropriate review.
Conflict of Interest
Personnel should disclose relevant conflicts of interest where they could affect institutional judgment.
Confidentiality
Confidential information obtained through legitimate institutional activities shall be handled responsibly.
Accuracy
Personnel should not knowingly publish false, misleading, manipulated, or unsupported information under the WCF identity.
Professional Conduct
Members and officers shall maintain professional behavior in institutional activities and communications.
Misuse of Institutional Identity
The WCF name, logo, title, position, documents, or institutional identity shall not be used for unauthorized personal, commercial, political, coercive, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.
Corrective Measures
Where institutional standards are violated, appropriate internal corrective measures may include:
clarification;
review;
suspension of responsibilities;
removal from a designated function; or
other measures permitted under applicable institutional rules.
