WCF shall seek to prevent unnecessary harm to individuals, institutions, systems, and communities.
11.5 Evidence-Based Practice
Institutional findings should distinguish verified facts from interpretation, uncertainty, allegation, or opinion.
11.6 Responsible Disclosure
Security vulnerabilities and sensitive findings should be handled through appropriate responsible-disclosure procedures whenever applicable.
11.7 Human Dignity
Cybersecurity activities shall respect human dignity, fundamental rights, and legitimate privacy interests.
